工科大学生创新创业能力培养机制的构建

工科是应用数学、物理学、化学等基础科学的原理,结合生产实践所积累的技术经验而发展起来的学科,主要是要培养实际应用能力的工作人员。通过构建大学生创新创业能力培养机制,促进高等学校转变教育思想观念,改革人才培养模式,强化创新创业能力训练,增强高校学生的创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力,培养适应创新型国家建设需要的高水平创新人才。本文结合本校课程培养要求,针对工科大学生的特点,具体阐述了工科大学生创新创业能力培养机制构建的意义及实施方案。

Engineering is a discipline developed by applying the principles of basic sciences such as mathematics,physics,chemistry and combining the technical experience accumulated in production practice.It is mainly to train the staff with practical application ability.Through the construction of the training mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,we can promote the transformation of educational ideas,reform the training mode of talents,strengthen the training of innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,enhance the innovative ability of college students and the entrepreneurial ability on the basis of innovation,and cultivate high-level innovative talents to meet the needs of the construction of an innovative country.According to the requirement of curriculum training and the characteristics of engineering students,this paper elaborates the significance and implementation plan of the training mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of engineering students.
