国际创新合作研究评述

本文主要从学术视角对传统发达国家在创新合作的实践进行了梳理和总结,重点从微观与宏观两个维度,对创新合作认识和创新合作在政策上应如何设计等方面进行了总结和梳理。并对如何更好的认识与发挥"一带一路"平台,更好的提升我国创新合作,在政策的制定上应有哪些新的举措提出了建议。

Based on the academic perspective,this review mainly summarizes the practice of the innovation cooperation of the policy in the traditional developed countries.Focusing on the micro and macro dimensions,this paper also combs the literatures on the cognize and the design policy of the innovation cooperation and then also puts forwards some suggestions on how to better catch and play the platform of the Belt the Road and on enhance Chinas innovative cooperation and on what new initiatives should be taken in policy formulation.
