摘要
通过分析西江中下游生态环境现状和面临的主要生态环境问题,指出该流域环境修复需要从提高治理技术、加强流域管理、实行环境立法和培养环保责任入手,为西江流域水资源环境保护和污染防治提供参考性意见。
Based on the analysis of the ecological status and the main environmental questions of Xijiang River, it point out that river basin environmental remediation should start with the treatment technology,watershed management, environmenral legislation and protection responsibility. The paper proposed the suggestion for the environment protection and pollution prevention.
