格雷夫斯病放射性碘治疗后Th17和调节性T细胞及其相关细胞因子的变化被引量：1

摘要辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和调节性T细胞两者的动态平衡与多种自身免疫病的发生发展密切相关[1].格雷夫斯病(Graves′ disease,GD)是临床上是常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,本研究采用四色分选流式细胞仪检测GD患者接受放射性碘治疗前后Th17和调节性T细胞的改变,同时测定白细胞介素17(interleukin-17,IL-17)及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平,探讨放射性碘治疗过程中是否存在Th17/调节性T细胞动态平衡的变化.
