基于多学科合作探讨护理不良事件的临床分析被引量：1

摘要护理不良事件目前没有统一的定义,美国将其定义为由护理导致的伤害,其延长了住院时间,导致了患者残疾,或者两者都有[1].我国对护理不良事件的认识为:患者的损伤事件并非因为患者的原有疾病,而是由于护理行为所造成的患者损伤、住院时间延长,或在离院时仍带有某种程度功能丧失甚至死亡[2].护理安全在医疗安全中占有举足轻重的位置,因此做好护理不良事件管理显得尤为重要.近年来三级甲医院综合评审标准中都提出要建立一整套即多学科合作团队(MDT),显然传统的单学科模式已经被医学发展所淘汰.MDT模式在临床多学科诊疗工作中发展已非常成熟.现将其应用于护理不良事件中,取得了显著的效果,探索过程如下.
