参芪延肾方治疗慢性肾脏病3～5期的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Patientswith Chronicl Kindey Disease Stage 3-5 Treated by the Chinese Herbs Formula of Shenqiyanshenfang

目的观察参芪延肾方对慢性肾脏病3～5期患者肾功能及中医证候积分的临床疗效。方法将69例患者随机分为对照组和参芪延肾方治疗组两组。对照组仅予以常规基础治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上予口服参芪延肾方中药;均连续用药8周后比较两组患者疗效,主要中医症候积分,及尿白蛋白排泄率、血脂、纤维蛋白原、血肌酐、血尿素氮和肾小球滤过率水平。结果治疗组的总有效率和显效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后参芪延肾方治疗组倦怠乏力、水肿、腰膝酸软、泡沫尿、气短懒言积分和总积分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。相较对照组,治疗组尿白蛋白排泄率、血脂、纤维蛋白原、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平显著降低,肾小球滤过率水平显著上调(P<0.05)。结论参芪延肾方能显著改善慢性肾脏病3～5期患者肾功能水平,提高肾小球滤过率,降低血脂水平及中医症候积分,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the Clinical Effects of The Chinese Herbs Formula of Shenqiyanshenfang on Chronicl Kindey Disease Stage 3-5 Patients. Methods 106 patients were divided into treatment group, control group, and contrast group. Each group received regular treatment. In addition to this, treatment group recived the formula of Shenqiyanshenfang, contrast group recived the formula of Bushenhuoxuepaidu. After 8 weeks, we evaluate the patient’s clinical symptoms and detected the levels of UAER, TC, TG, FIB, SCr, BUN, GFR. Results The total effective rate in the two treatment groups were higher than that in control group. Compared with contrast group, the total effective rate was higher in Shenqiyanshenfang therapy group (P <0.05). The levels of UAER, TC, TG, FIB, SCr, BUN were distinctly downregulated in Shenqiyanshenfang therapy group, and the level of GFR was upregualted compared with that in Baoshenhuoxuepaidu therapy group (P <0.05). Conclusions The Chinese Herbs Formula of Sheniyanshenfang can obviously improve renal function, which has a significant effect on Chronicl Kindey Disease Stage 3-5 Patients.
