输尿管支架管在泌尿外科中的临床使用价值

目的分析输尿管支架管在泌尿外科疾病患者中的临床使用价值。方法选取2016年5月至2016年9月在我院诊治的100例泌尿外科患者作为研究对象,对患者应用输尿管支架管的临床资料进行分析。观察输尿管支架管在泌尿外科疾病中的使用价值。结果 100例患者经过治疗后,有效的清除了结石,肾盂肾炎、肾积水症状明显改善,患者恢复良好,生活质量明显提升;手术后,43例患者出现并发症,发生率为43%,膀胱刺激症状出现18例,所占比例最高,占41.9%,其次是血尿出现15例,占34.9%,然后是腰酸背痛、结石梗阻及尿逆流。结论输尿管支架管在泌尿外科疾病的临床治疗中发挥着重要的作用,但患者术后容易出现并发症,因此在输尿管支架管的应用过程中应注意并发症的预防。
