联合检测血清cTnT、NT-proBNP、Myo在急性心肌梗死诊断中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨联合检测血清中的cTnT(心肌肌钙蛋白T)、NT-proBNP(氨基末端脑利钠肽前体)、MYO(肌红蛋白)在诊断急性心肌梗死中的价值。方法分别选择同一时间段的46例急性心肌梗死患者和46名健康体检者作为实验组和对照组,抽取其血液检测血清cTnT、NT-proBNP、Myo水平。结果经检测,验组患者的血清cTnT(11.9±3.15)μg/L、NT-proBNP(3429.5±212.4)pg/mL、Myo水平(105.1±28.3)ng/mL均高于对照组(0.04±0.25)μg/L、(654±123.6)pg/mL、(45.6±11.1)ng/mL,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论联合检测检测血清cTnT、NT-proBNP、Myo水平有助于效提高急性心肌梗死诊断的敏感度、特异度及诊断符合率。 Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum cTnT (cardiac troponin T), NT-proBNP (amino-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor) and MYO (myoglobin) in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Forty-six patients with acute myocardial infarction and 46 healthy subjects at the same time were selected as the experimental group and the control group. Serum cTnT, NT-proBNP, and Myo levels were determined by blood tests. Results The serum cTnT levels of the patients in the test group were determined cTnT (11.9±3.15)μg/L, NT-proBNP (3429.5 ±212.4) pg/mL, Myo level (105.1±28.3) ng/mL were higher than the control group (0.04±0.25)μg/L,(654±123.6) pg/mL,(45.6±11.1)ng/mL, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Combined detection of serum cTnT, NT-proBNP, Myo levels helps improve the sensitivity, specificity, and diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction diagnosis Conformity rate.
