针灸围刺法治疗良性甲状腺结节70例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 90 Cases of Benign Thyroid Nodules Treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的探讨针灸围刺法联合甲状腺素替代治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月在北京市西城区新街口社区卫生服务中心收治的70例良性甲状腺结节患者。按照随机表法,将患者随机分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)对照组。对照组采用单纯甲状腺素替代疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上结合围刺法治疗。3个月后观察患者临床疗效、甲状腺激素水平、自身抗体水平、甲状腺结节体积以及不良反应。结果观察组有效率(91.67%)明显大于对照组有效率(78.33%)(P <0.05);观察组在改善患者THS方面均优对照组(P <0.05);观察组在改善患者TGAb、TMAb方面均优对照组(P <0.05);观察组在缩小患者甲状腺结节体积方面均优对照组(P <0.05);两组患者在研究阶段内均未出现明显不良反应。结论针灸围刺法联合甲状腺素替代治疗良性甲状腺结节患者能明显改善患者临床症状以及甲状腺功能,并有效地抑制结节体积,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with thyroxine replacement therapy for benign thyroid nodules. Methods 70 patients with benign thyroid nodules were admitted to Xinjiekou community health service center in Xicheng district, Beijing from June 2014 to June 2017. According to the random table method, patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35). In the control group, simple thyroxine replacement therapy was used, and the observation group was treated with pericardial therapy based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, thyroid hormone level, autoantibody level, thyroid nodule volume and adverse reactions were observed after 3 months. Results The effective rate of observation group (91.67%) was significantly greater than that of control group (78.33%)(P <0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05) in the improvement of TGAb and TMAb. The observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05) in reducing the volume of thyroid nodule in patients. Neither group showed significant adverse reactions during the study period. Conclusion Acupuncture thorn method that thyroid hormone replacement therapy in patients with benign thyroid nodules can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms and thyroid function, and effectively suppress nodule volume, is worth promoting.
