摘要
目的探索阻塞性黄疸介入手术围术期护理效果。方法本次实验对象为阻塞性黄疸介入手术60例患者(在2015年5月22日至2018年5月22日选取),采用计算机分组模式,观察组进行围术期护理,有30例,对照组进行常规护理,有30例。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率(3.33%)、满意率(96.67%)、住院时间(13.85±1.35)d、依从性(100.00%)均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论围手术护理干预在阻塞性黄疸介入手术患者中效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of obstructive jaundice perioperative nursing intervention operation. Methods This experiment object for 60 cases of obstructive jaundice invasive surgery (Choose from May 22 2015 to May 22 2018), by using the computer group mode, perioperative nursing observation group, with 30 cases, control group routine nursing care, there are 30 cases. Results The observation group of patients with complications (3.33%), satisfaction (96.67%), length of hospital stay (13.8±1.35) d, compliance (100.00%) were better than control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with obstructive jaundice interventional surgery effect is remarkable.
