摘要 "小先生制"是由我国著名教育家陶行知先生提出来的,根据陶行知先生提出的"即知即传"等主张,在初中道德与法治教学中运用"小先生制",可改变传统教学中以教师为中心的理念,让学生在合作交流中主动学习,体验学习的快乐。"小先生制"不仅有利于落实教学目标,有利于使学生在课堂上形成积极的情感体验,更有利于大幅度提高教学质量和课堂效率。 Mr.Tao Xingzhi,a famous educator in China,put forward the concept of "Little Teacher Practice". According to the assertion of "I know I teach" proposed by Mr. Tao Xingzhi,using "Little Teacher Practice" in the teaching of junior middle school Morality and Rule of Law has changed the traditional teacher-centered concept and allowed the students to study actively in cooperation and communication and to experience the pleasure of learning. Giving full play to the main role of students is not only conducive to the implementation of teaching objectives and helps students form a positive emotional experience in the classroom,but also is more conducive to greatly improve the quality of teaching and enhance classroom efficiency.
