共建“丝绸之路经济带”:欧亚经济联盟国家学界的认知综述

中国共建“丝绸之路经济带”的倡议在欧亚经济联盟国家学界引发了持续关注,欧亚经济联盟国家学界围绕共建“丝绸之路经济带”进行了多方面的解读,其基本认知也从最初的不理解逐步转向理解,从最初的质疑逐步转向合作。当然,鉴于共建“丝绸之路经济带”倡议涉及不同国家的利益,部分学者仍然会在共建进程中发出“非互信”的声音,共建进程中也会出现各种矛盾。但毋庸置疑,共建“丝绸之路经济带”已获得欧亚经济联盟国家政府和民众的基本认同,共建“丝绸之路经济带”的潜力将不断得到释放。

Tang Zhuchang The cognition of the academia from the EEU countries changed from misunderstanding and mistrust to understanding and cooperation.The Initiative of joint construction of the Silkroad Economic Belt has been generally recognized by governments and the people of the EEU countries and the potential of the Initiative is expected to be unlocked in the future in despite of the fact that some local scholars will still voice their mistrust and conflicts could inevitably emerge during the process of joint construction considering conflict of interests among different countries.
