食品安全法明确食品生产企业应建立食品追溯管理制度,但由于多数食品生产企业对追溯管理制度认识模糊、不知所措。因此,为食品生产企业提供一个制定食品追溯管理制度的方法是非常有必要的。

Food safety law makes it clear that food production enterprises should establish food traceability management system, but most food production enterprises have a vague understanding of the traceability management system and do not know what to do. Therefore,it is very necessary to provide a method for food manufacturers to formulate food traceability management system.
