二维灰阶超声在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 乳腺肿瘤是妇女常见的肿瘤之一,该病在我国的发病有逐渐年轻化的趋势,且乳腺癌的发病人数越来越多。目前的医疗水平很难根治乳腺癌,且复发率与淋巴结转移比较高,为此乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断意义重大[1]。当前常用于乳腺检查的影像学方法主要有导管内窥镜、磁共振成像(MRI)、红外线、钼靶X线摄影、超声等,其中超声诊断技术具有无损伤、可重复、简便、安全等特点,但是也有一定的局限[2]。
