摘要
非正式组织普遍存在于企业之中,为了识别不同类型的非正式组织对企业内部知识共享行为的影响,概述了非正式组织和知识共享行为的研究现状,在此基础上对非正式组织的类型划分为业绩型、宣泄不满型、情感需要型、娱乐型,研究表明:业绩型和情感需要型的非正式组织正向影响知识共享行为,宣泄不满型和娱乐型的非正式组织负向影响知识共享行为,据此对企业管理者提出相关建议。
Informal organizations are universal in enterprises.In order to identify the impact of different types of informal organizations on the internal knowledge sharing behavior, based on the research status of informal organizations and knowledge sharing behaviors,the types are classified into performance type, catharsis, emotional needs, and entertainment. Research shows that informal organizations with performance and emotional needs are positively affecting knowledge sharing behavior,and informal organizations with negative dissatisfaction and entertainment are negative. Affect knowledge sharing behavior.Based on this,relevant recommendations are made to business managers.
