建国初徽州贯彻《婚姻法》运动月的历史考察

Historical Investigation of the Implementation of the Marriage Law Monthly Movement in Early Years of New China

建国初期徽州专区以组织各种学习班培训干部为基础,以宣传员、报告员为骨干,用各种群众喜闻乐见的方式,掀起了一场全面宣传贯彻《婚姻法》运动月活动。训练干部是决定运动能否达到要求和今后能否正确贯彻《婚姻法》的关键;善于掌握运动的发展规律是指导运动月顺利开展的必要条件;密切结合生产、结合实际、因地制宜是运动是否有成效的保证。运动月活动提高了干部、群众的思想认识,婚姻自由、男女平等的观念得到了进一步传播。

In the early years of new China, based on organizing leaders of training courses, Huizhou zone created a monthly movement which fully implemented and disseminated Marriage Law, by taking propagandists and reporters as important roles. Training leaders was the key step which could determine if this movement met the requirement of Marriage Law correctly in the future;Being good at mastering the law of development about the movement, was the requirement of smoothly conducting the monthly movement;Closely combining with the production, reality and environment was the guarantee of conducting the movement successfully. The monthly movement improved the thoughts of leaders and masses, meanwhile it also made the further spread of these ideas about marriage freedom and equality between men and women.
