基于“党建+学业”双导师制的高校师生党支部共建的思考

Reflections on the Co-construction of College Teachers and Students’ Party Branches based on the "Party Construction plus Academics" Double Tutor System

高校党支部是开展大学生党员从严教育和管理的责任主体。师生党支部共建可以借助网络平台,采用“党建+学业”双导师制,即:推行“党建引领”,将支部教师党员和学生党员、入党积极分子帮扶结对,充分发挥教师党员“教书育人、管理育人、服务育人”的模范带头作用。实行“学业指导”,打造三个平台,即:创新网络平台,促进党建工作和专业学习深度融合;打造师生共建交流平台,丰富教师指导的路径;打造师生共建学习平台,培养学生自主探究能力和服务社会的意识。

The Party branch of colleges and universities is the main body,which is responsible for the strict education and management of college student Party members. The teacher-student Party branch can be built with the help of the network platform, adopting the "Party building plus academic" dual tutor system, that is, the implementation of "Party building leadership",which means the Party teachers,student Party members and the Party activists help with each other,giving full play to the modeling role of teachers Party members "Helping people through education,management and service "."Study guidance" creates three platforms, namely: innovative network platform, promoting the deep integration of Party building work and professional learning;creating a platform for teachers and students to build a learning platform, enriching the path of teacher guidance;creating a platform for teachers and students to build autonomous exploring ability and serving the society.
