Public Libraries Provide Information Services for the Government in the Context of Innovation-driven Development

在创新驱动发展背景下,探究公共图书馆从资源驱动型走向服务主导型来提升公共图书馆信息服务水平有关路径。采用网络调查法和实地访问法了解安徽省图书馆为政府提供信息服务的现状,分析得出公共图书馆为政府提供信息服务过程中出现资金不足、缺少专业人员、对政府提供信息服务模式单一等问题,并针对这些问题提出改进建议。

In the context of innovation-driven development, it explores how public libraries are moving from resource-driven to service-oriented to improve the level of public library information services. Use the network survey method and the field visit method to understand the status quo of the information service provided by the Anhui Provincial Library for the government. Analysis of the public library for the government to provide information services in the process of lack of funds, the lack of professionals, the Government to provide a single information service model and other issues and suggestions for improvement are given.
