青年脑卒中病人病耻感现状及影响因素分析

Status quo and influencing factors of stigma in young stroke patients

[目的]了解青年脑卒中病人病耻感水平,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用中文版慢性疾病病耻感量表对260例青年脑卒中病人进行问卷调查,分析其影响因素。[结果]青年脑卒中病人病耻感总分为(58.84±15.43)分;有无职业、不同文化程度、发病次数为病耻感的影响因素(P<0.05);病耻感水平与抑郁程度呈正相关(r=0.672,P<0.01)。[结论]青年脑卒中病人病耻感处于较高水平,有无职业、不同文化程度、发病次数对病耻感有影响,病耻感水平与抑郁程度呈正相关,医务工作者应针对病人的具体情况及时进行干预。

Objective:To know about the stigma level in young stroke patients and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 260 young stroke patients were investigated with Chinese version of Chronic Illness Stigma Scale,and to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The total score of stigma in young stroke patients was(58.84±13.42).The occupation or not,different education level and the number of onset were the influencing factors of the stigma(P<0.05).The level of stigma was positively correlated with the degree of depression(r=0.672,P<0.01).Conclusions:Young stroke patients had a higher level of stigma.Medical workers should intervene in time aiming at the specific situation of the patients.
