摘要
分析了胎基布自身吸水率、胎基布浸油量、涂盖料吸水率对SBS改性沥青防水卷材浸水后质量增加的影响。结果表明:胎基布中亲水淀粉胶含量越低,浸水后质量增加越小;当200 g胎基布浸油量≥550 g/m2,260 g胎基布浸油量≥685 g/m2时,对应的卷材浸水后质量增加均可满足产品标准要求;因涂盖料本身的强疏水性,其对SBS改性沥青防水卷材浸水后质量增加几乎无影响。
Several factors affecting the quality increase of SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane after soaking were studied in this paper, such as water absorption of filaments base cloth, oil immersion of filaments base cloth, and coating water absorption rate. The results show that: the lower the content of hydrophilic starch gel in the filaments base cloth, the smaller the mass increase after water soaking;when the oil immersion of 200 g filaments base cloth is more than 550 g/m^2,the oil immersion of 260 g filaments base cloth is more than 685 g/m^2, the corresponding quality increase of the membrane after soaking in water can meet the product standard requirements. Due to the strong hydrophobicity of the coating material itself, it has almost no effect on quality increase of the membrane after immersion in water.
