减水剂在双组分聚合物水泥基防水砂浆中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了3种不同的减水剂对双组分聚合物水泥防水砂浆黏度、凝结时间、抗压强度、收缩率和吸水率的影响。结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂的减水分散效果最好,三聚氰胺减水剂次之,萘系减水剂最差;3种减水剂的合适掺加量分别为0.1%、0.4%、0.5%。分别以防水砂浆的凝结时间、抗压强度和吸水率测试结果为判断依据,减水剂应用效果由好到差依次为聚羧酸减水剂、三聚氰胺减水剂、萘系减水剂。减水剂的种类对防水砂浆收缩率影响不大。 In this paper, influences of three different water-reducers on viscosity, setting time, compressive strength,shrinkage and water absorption of two-component polymer cement waterproofing mortar were studied. The results showed that the polycarboxylic acid water reducer had the best water reducing dispersion, followed by melamine and naphthalene water reducer. At the same time, the appropriate dosage of the three water reducer was 0.1%, 0.4% and 0.5%, respectively. The test results of setting time, compressive strength and water absorption of waterproofing mortar prepared with three kinds of water reducers were in the order of good to bad: polycarboxylic acid water reducer, melamine water reducer and naphthalene water reducer. However, the type of water-reducing agent has little effect on the shrinkage of waterproofing mortar.
