摘要
传统就医方式使患者集中在一个时间段进入医院就诊,导致挂号难,排队等待时间长,患者满意度低,容易引起医患纠纷。近年来,我院以改善患者就医体验为抓手,以增加老百姓就医获得感为目的,针对门诊流程不畅等问题,利用"互联网+"技术,进行就诊流程再造、通过立体多渠道精准预约和多功能自助机全面应用,预约挂号率达90%以上,患者平均候诊时间明显缩短,就诊患者得到了合理分流,就诊环境与秩序有效改善,促进智慧医院的发展。
The traditional medical treatment method allows patients to concentrate in a hospital for a period of time, resulting in difficulty in registration, long waiting time in queues, low patient satisfaction, and easy to cause doctor-patient disputes. In recent years, our hospital has improved the patient's medical experience as a starting point, in order to increase the public's sense of medical treatment, and to solve the problem of poor outpatient procedures, using the "Internet +" technology, re-engineering the process, and making precise reservations through stereo and multi-channel. The multi-functional self-service machine is fully applied, and the appointment registration rate is over 90%, which makes the average waiting time for patients significantly shortened. The patients are treated with reasonable diversion, the environment and order of the treatment are effectively improved, and the development of smart hospitals is promoted.
