摘要 目的探究高频通气在单肺通气低氧血症的临床应用及其效果。方法选取我院2016年4月~2018年3月收治的62例行胸外科手术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用单肺通气,观察组采用高频通气,比较两组的治疗前后的血气分析指标和各时间点血流动力学指标。结果治疗后,观察组PaO_2、PaCO_2均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在10 min、20 min等时间点的HR、MAP的比较中,两组均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频通气应用在单肺通气低氧血症中,可以有效改善血气指标,对血流动力学产生的影响较小,从而有效改善低氧血症现象。 Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect of high-frequency ventilation in single-lung ventilation hypoxemia.Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing thoracic surgery from April 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single-lung ventilation, and the observation group was treated with high-frequency ventilation. The blood gas analysis indexes and hemodynamic indexes at each time point were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pH value between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of HR and MAP at 10 min and 20 min(P>0.05).Conclusion High-frequency ventilation in single-lung ventilation hypoxemia can effectively improve blood gas parameters and have less effect on hemodynamics, thus effectively improving hypoxemia.
