妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗的效果。方法:将本院96例妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗情况作为研究的基础资料,将其分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48);对照组采用常规饮食调节治疗,观察组采用规范化治疗,对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果:观察组的整体有效率为91.7%,对照组的整体有效率为75.0%,观察组整体有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组高血压并发症的发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组产后出血、新生儿并发症的发生率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期糖尿病的治疗中采用规范化治疗方案,能够提高产妇的妊娠期糖尿病治疗效果并改善妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: The treatment of 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital was taken as the basic data for the study. the patients were divided into control group ( n =48) and observation group ( n =48). The control group was treated with conventional dietary regulation, while the observation group was treated with standardized treatment, and the effects of the two treatment methods were compared. Results: The overall effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%, and that of the control group was 75.0%. The overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypertension complications between the observation group and the control group ( P > 0.05). There were significant differences in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal complications between the observation group and the control group ( P < 0.05) Conclusion: In the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, standardized treatment program can improve the treatment effect of gestational diabetes mellitus and improve pregnancy outcomes.
