大断面矩形顶管施工引起的管线沉降特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 包头市阿尔丁大街地下过街通道工程采用三维有限软件FLAC3D模拟矩形顶管施工过程,对照监测数据,得到数值模拟的各管道最大竖向位移,分析监测数据得到各管线的最大位移值。从给水管、煤气管的沉降曲线分析可知轴线正上方三测点发生沉降变形,两边监测点发生隆起变形,管线横向变形曲线与正态分布曲线基本相符,在此基础上制订了包头地区煤气管的变形控制值。 In baotou city, FLAC3D finite software was used to simulate the construction process of rectangular pipe jacking for the underground crossing channel project of aiding street. The maximum vertical displacement of each pipe simulated by numerical simulation was obtained by comparing the monitoring data, and the maximum displacement of each pipe was obtained by analyzing the monitoring data. From the settlement curve analysis of the water supply pipe and gas pipe, it can be seen that settlement deformation occurs at the three measuring points directly above the axis, uplift deformation occurs at the monitoring points on both sides, and the transverse deformation curve of the pipeline is basically consistent with the normal distribution curve.
