肿瘤患者化疗辅助用药分析

Analysis of adjuvant drugs for chemotherapy in tumor patients

目的了解某院化疗辅助药物应用现状,促进临床合理用药。方法在2017年7月1日～2018年6月30日期间,临床药师从某院病案室抽取相关科室化疗患者的出院病历。每月抽取病历:肿瘤科10份、放疗科10份、普外科5份、胸外科2份、妇科2份、呼吸内科5份,总计408份。进行化疗辅助药物的统计分析。结果临床药师点评化疗患者住院病历408份,各类化疗辅助药物的使用率排名依次为:止吐药、扶正祛邪类中成药、骨髓功能恢复药、保肝药、抗过敏药、心功能保护药。化疗辅助药物应用合理的病历有345份,应用不合理的病历有63份。化疗辅助药物应用不合理主要表现在用药时机不当、注射剂溶媒选用不当、药物用法用量不当、联合用药不当等方面。结论该院临床应用化疗辅助药物基本规范。该院临床医师重视化疗药物所致的不良反应。

Objective Investigating the application of adjuvant drugs in cancer chemotherapy in a hospital to promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods During the period from July 1,2017 to June 30,2018,medical records of discharged patients undergoing chemotherapy in related departments were sampled randomly from the medical record room of a hospital for the statistical analysis of adjuvant drugs for chemotherapy.10 cases in oncology,10 cases in radiotherapy, 5 cases in general surgery,2 cases in thoracic surgery,2 cases in gynecology and 5 cases in respiratory medicine were chosen randomly every month. The total number of medical records was 408.Results 408 inpatient medical records of chemotherapy patients were reviewed.The usage rate of adjuvant drugs in chemotherapy was ranked as antiemetic drugs,Chinese patent drugs for strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens,bone marrow function restoring drugs,hepatoprotective drugs,anti-allergic drugs and cardioprotective drugs.345 cases of use of adjuvant drugs in chemotherapy were rationa,and 63 cases were irrational.The irrational use of adjuvant drugs for chemotherapy is mainly manifested in unreasonable usage and dosage,inappropriate medication time, improper selection of solvent for injection,improper combination of drugs and so on.Conclusion The clinical application of adjuvant drugs in chemotherapy in this hospital was basically in line with standard.Clinical doctors in this hospital attached importance to adverse reactions caused by chemotherapeutic drugs.
