利巴韦林治疗手足口病患儿临床疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群影响

Clinical efficacy of ribavirin in treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood

目的分析利巴韦林抗病毒治疗手足口病患儿临床疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群影响。方法回顾性分析2017年8月～2018年8月期间51例利巴韦林抗病毒治疗手足口病患儿病例资料,作为观察组,并将2016年7月～2017年7月期间以热毒宁治疗患儿51例作为对照组。观察利巴韦林临床治疗效果,分析血清T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及炎性因子变化情况,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患儿总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的84.31%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患儿血清IgM、IgA、IgG、CD4^+、CD3^+含量及CD4^+/CD8^+比值较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6及CRP含量较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论利巴韦林对手足口病患儿抗病毒治疗疗效理想,可显著提升患儿机体免疫力,降低血清炎性因子含量,加速患儿康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ribavirin in children with hand,foot and mouth disease and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood.Methods A total of 51 cases of ribavirin antiviral treatment for children with hand,foot and mouth disease in Weishan County from August 2017 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed as the observation group.51 cases of Reduning treatment from July 2016 to 2017 were adopted as the control group.To explore the clinical treatment effect of ribavirin,to analyze the changes of serum T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors,and the data were statistical analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 96.08% in the children of observation group,which was higher than 84.31% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IgM,IgA,IgG,CD4^+,CD3^+ content and CD4^+ in children of the observation group were observed after treatment.The ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ribavirin is effective in children with hand,foot and mouth disease,which can significantly improve the body immunity,reduce the serum inflammatory factor content,and accelerate the recovery of children.
