依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with epalrestat

目的分析依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的实际应用效果。方法本文选取2017年1月～2017年10月期间收治的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,基于选取先后顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组患者单纯采用甲钴胺分散片进行治疗,试验组患者采用依帕司他联合甲钴胺分散片进行治疗,观察两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗总有效率以及治疗前后的运动神经和感觉神经传导速度变化情况。结果试验组患者的总治疗有效率为87.5%,对照组患者的总治疗有效率为67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者的运动神经和感觉神经传导速度之间差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组患者的运动神经和感觉神经传导速度均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),但是试验组患者改善效果更加理想,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用依帕司他联合甲钴胺分散片进行治疗可以有效提高患者的治疗效果,显著提高患者的运动神经和感觉神经传导速度,对于患者疾病的治疗具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with epalrestat.Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the selection sequence.Patients in control group were treated with methylcobalamin dispersible tablets alone,while patients in experimental group were treated with epalrestat combined.The effective rate and the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocities before and after treatment were observed.Results The results showed the total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5% and that of the matched group was 67.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocities between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocities of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the experimental group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion This demonstrates epalrestat combined with methylcobalamin dispersible tablets can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,significantly improve the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocities.
