帕瑞昔布钠在骨科术后镇痛的安全性分析

Safety analysis of parecoxib sodium in postoperative analgesia after orthopedic surgery

目的分析帕瑞昔布钠在骨科术后的应用以及安全性。方法选取2017年7月～2018年8月骨科手术出院患者60例,对所有患者的诊疗资料进行回顾性分析,根据术后所用镇痛药的区别将患者分为两组,A组在手术后应用氟比洛芬酯,B组在手术后应用帕瑞昔布钠。观察比较两组患者术后不同时间点下的NRS(疼痛评估-数字评分)评分水平变化、进行康复锻炼时的顺应性以及用药后不良反应的情况。结果 B组术后不同时间点下的NRS评分均低于A组(P <0.05),B组在术后进行康复锻炼时的顺应性显著高于A组(P <0.05),而两组患者在不良反应发生情况方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论临床骨科手术后给予患者应用帕瑞昔布钠能够提高患者进行康复锻炼时的顺应性,缩短患者的康复时间。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application and safety of parecoxib sodium after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients discharged from orthopaedic surgery department of our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to the differences in postoperative analgesics,the patients were divided into two groups: group A was treated with flurbiprofen ester after surgery,and group B was treated with parecoxib sodium after surgery.To observe and compare the changes of NRS(pain evaluation-number score) at different postoperative time points,the compliance during rehabilitation exercise and the adverse reactions after medication between the two groups.Results the NRS scores of group B at different postoperative time points were all lower than those of group A(P<0.05),and the compliance of group B in postoperative rehabilitation exercise was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of parecoxib sodium in the clinical orthopedic surgery can improve the compliance of patients in rehabilitation exercise and shorten the recovery time of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
