加味藿香正气散治疗慢性结肠炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder on chronic colitis

目的观察在慢性结肠炎的治疗中采用加味藿香正气散的临床效果分析。方法将近期(2018年1月～2018年12月)收治以慢性结肠炎为诊断的患者总计60例,随机数字法分成对照组(30例)与中药组(30例)。对照组采取常规针对性治疗,中药组在对照组基础上联合加味藿香正气散治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、临床症状缓解时间。结果中药组患者临床总有效率为96.67%,并发症发生率为3.33%,对照组临床总有效率为76.67%,并发症发生率为20%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中药组患者症状消失时间明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在慢性结肠炎的治疗中,采用加味藿香正气散治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,缩短病程。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder in the treatment of chronic colitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic colitis were treated in our hospital in the near future(January 2018~December 2018).They were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and traditional Chinese medicine group(30 cases).The control group was treated with routine targeted therapy,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and remission time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 96.67% and the incidence of complications was 3.33% in the TCM group,76.67% in the control group,and 20% in the complications group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in TCM group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the course of disease in the treatment of chronic colitis.
