海绵城市建设项目融资风险度量研究

Research on Measuring Financing Risk of Sponge City Construction Project

本文构建了海绵城市建设项目融资风险指标体系;运用模糊层次分析法计算相关指标的权重,结合风险因素评价集,进一步利用可拓理论得到整个海绵城市建设项目融资风险的评价结果;通过实例分析证明本文提出的风险度量模型识别海绵城市建设项目融资风险的有效性和实用性。本研究对开发性金融机构识别海绵城市建设项目中的融资风险具有重要意义。

According to the actual situation of sponge city construction in China,the paper constructs a indicator system of financing risk for sponge city construction.And then,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each indicator associated with financing risk,combined with the risk factors evaluation sets,the paper further uses the extension theory to get the whole financing risk of sponge city construction;finally,an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the risk measurement model proposed in the paper.The study is of great significance for developing financial institutions to identify the financing risk in sponge city construction project.
