复方中药制剂对防治仔猪腹泻及母猪繁殖性能的影响

Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on prevention and treatment of piglet diarrhea,reproductive performance and annual productivity of sows

【目的】探索复方中药制剂防治仔猪腹泻效果及其对母猪繁殖性能和年生产力的影响.【方法】选取40头腹泻仔猪,随机分成2组,试验组注射复方中药制剂,对照组不作处理,分析腹泻治疗效果;选取60头健康仔猪,随机分成2组,试验组仔猪分别于出生2 h内、4日龄、10日龄注射复方中药制剂,对照组不作处理,分析腹泻预防效果;选取16头品种、胎次均相同的产后母猪(产仔数无差异)及其对应的哺乳仔猪(初生质量差异不显著),随机分成2组,试验组母猪产后注射复方中药制剂,对照组不作处理,测定其断奶仔猪数、21日龄个体质量、21日龄窝质量及断奶母猪再发情时间等指标,比较两者之间的繁殖性能、年生产力及每头母猪年提供断奶仔猪带来的经济效益.【结果】在治疗腹泻仔猪试验中,试验组的腹泻率和腹泻指数均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);在预防仔猪腹泻试验中,试验组的腹泻率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),腹泻指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在母猪繁殖性能方面,试验组母猪21日龄窝质量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),断奶仔猪存活头数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),仔猪腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),断奶至再发情时间极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),每头试验组母猪和对照组母猪年提供断奶仔猪数分别为17.60头和14.17头,根据当前市场价格纯盈利分别为5 249.32元和3 130.3元.【结论】说明中药制剂对哺乳仔猪腹泻的防治具有明显效果,可提高母猪繁殖性能和年生产力,经济效益显著.

【Objective】To explore the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the prevention and treatment of piglet diarrhea and on reproductive performance and annual productivity of sow.【Methods】A total of 40 diarrheal piglets were randomly divided into 2 groups,piglets in experimental group was injected with compound Chinese herbal medicine to examine the therapeutic effect on diarrhea,control group was not treated;To study the preventive effect of diarrhea,sixteen postpartum sows with the same breed and parity were not different in litter size and divided into two groups,the sows in experimental group was injected with compound Chinese herbal medicine,control group was not treated,the number of weaned piglets,body weight and litter weight of piglets at 21 days old,and the weaning-estrous time of sows were determined to analyze reproductive performance,annual productivity and economic benefits of weaned piglets produced by sows between the two groups.【Result】In the experiment of diarrhea treatment,the diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of piglets in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01);In the experiment of diarrhea prevention,the diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of piglets in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the number of weaned piglets and litter weight of 21-day old piglets from sows in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the diarrhea rate of piglets and weaning-estrous time of sows were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),the numbers of piglets produced by sows in experimental and control groups were 17.60 and 14.17 per year,corresponding the retained profits of 5 249.32 yuan and 3 130.3 yuan,respectively.【Conclusion】The results suggest that the compound Chinese herbal medicine have the beneficial effects on the prevention and treatment of suckling piglet diarrhea and can significantly improve the reproductive performance and annual productivity of sows,which contribute to improve the economic benefits of pig industry.
