按照国家深化“互联网+政务服务”的总体要求,为提升网上行政审批服务效能,推动证照信息跨系统、跨部门、跨层级共享应用,江苏省住房城乡电子证照系统按照“数据分布式采集、集中式处理、分散式应用”的模式进行建设,由电子证照目录管理、电子证照签发管理、电子证照接口服务等模块构成,为住房城乡建设证照类服务事项网上的全流程闭环管理提供技术支撑。
