摘要
目的分析2005—2017年天津市0~25岁人群中学生及非学生肺结核患者登记情况及分布特征,为进一步完善全市学校结核病防控策略制定和措施落实提供科学性依据。方法收集中国结核病管理信息系统、《天津统计年鉴》中2005—2017年的数据,用SPSS 19.0对数据进行统计学分析。结果 2005—2017年天津市0~25岁学生及非学生肺结核登记率呈显著下降趋势,分别由2005年的27.65/10万和24.28/10万下降至2017年的17.71/10万(P<0.001)和13.58/10万(P<0.001)。13~15岁(P<0.001)及16~18岁(P<0.001)人群患者构成以学生(54.32%~96.97%)为主,19~22岁(P<0.001)及22~25岁(P<0.001)人群患者以非学生为主,学生仅为7.96%~48.76%。13~15岁(P<0.001)和16~18岁(P<0.001)的学生病例数与同期在校生数呈正相关;19~22岁(P<0.001)和22~25岁(P<0.001)的学生病例数与同期在校生数呈负相关。结论天津市学生肺结核疫情呈显著下降趋势,但0~25岁人群非学生患者中隐藏部分学生患者,应进一步加强学生肺结核患者的主动发现工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemic features of tuberculosis(TB)in students and non-students among aged 0-25 population in Tianjin,and to provide evidence for the countermeasures of tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods The data of students/non-students among aged 0-25 population from Chinese Tuberculosis Information Management System and Tianjin Statistical Yearbook were collected and analyzed with SPSS19.0.Results The registered TB in students and non-students declined from 27.65/100 000 and 24.28/100 000 in 2005 to 17.71/100 000(P<0.001)and 13.58/100 000(P<0.001)in 2017.The TB cases among aged 13-15(P<0.001)and 16-18(P<0.001)mainly were students(54.32%-96.97%).The TB cases among aged 19-22(P<0.001)and 22-25 population(P<0.001)mainly were non-students,students only accounted for 7.96%-48.76%.The number of TB cases of students aged 13-15(P<0.001)and 16-18(P<0.001)was positively correlated with the total number of students in school at the same time from 2005 to 2017.The number of TB cases of students aged 19-22(P<0.001)and 22-25(P<0.001)was negatively correlated with the total number of students in school at the same time.Conclusion The students TB in Tianjin were decreasing significantly,but the active detection of TB patients among non-students aged 0-25 should be further strengthened.
