摘要
目的通过TOPSIS方法(Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)对南宁市2011年、2013—2016年碘缺乏病监测结果进行定量比较,为提高人群碘营养水平消除碘缺乏病目标提供优先策略。方法将碘缺乏病监测结果的碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、居民合格碘盐食用率、碘盐中位数、儿童尿碘中位数、儿童甲肿率、孕妇尿碘中位数7个指标,进行归一化处理建立矩阵模型,计算出最优值的相对接近程度C_i,进行排序分析优劣。结果 2011—2016年的C_i分别为0.5734,0.4527,0.4514,0.0896,0.2770。2011年的C_i最高,依次是2013年、2014年、2016年2015年的C_i最低,表明2011年当地居民食用碘盐和碘营养状况良好,2015年的居民食用碘盐和重点人群的碘营养状况出现明显的滑坡,2016年有改善趋势。结论 TOPSIS法能综合评价各年的碘缺乏病的防治指标,及时发现防治工作中存在的问题,为消除碘缺乏病提供预警服务和防治策略的向导。
Objective Quantitative comparison of the result of the IDD surveillance from 2011 to 2016(without 2012)by TOPSIS method,in order to provide strategy basis for improve the status of iodine nutrition and eliminate iodine deficiency disorders.Methods To carry out normalization processing and construct matrix pattern by qualified rate of iodized salt,coverage rate of iodized salt,edible rate of qualified iodized salt,median of iodized salt,median urinary iodized of children,children's goiter rate,median urinary iodine in pregnant women,count out Ci and put them in numerical order.Results The Ci of 2001-2016 were 0.573 4,0.452 7,0.451 4,0.089 6,0.277 0.The best quality data of IDD surveillance was in 2011,and arranged for 2013,2014,2016,and 2015 in order.The iodized salt and iodine nutrition level of was best appropriate in 2011,the work was deteriorate in 2015 and the next year was improve.Conclusions To comprehensive evaluation of control indicators by TOPSIS method,and discover the problem,realize the target of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders by provide early warning and decision support service.
