摘要
实验采用序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)工艺处理聚乙二醇(PEG)废水,对SBR的启动过程、运行参数、影响因素等进行了研究。结果表明,经过44个周期为期22 d的启动实验,反应器中污泥驯化完成后,其污泥沉降比(SV30)由初始的6%增长至27%左右并保持稳定,启动完成,污泥容积指数(SVI)最终稳定在116 m L/g左右。反应器进水COD为1 200 mg/L时出水COD可降至78 mg/L,COD的去除率稳定在93%左右,NH_3-N、TP去除率分别达到91.8%、93.8%,处理效果良好,反应体系运行稳定。确定SBR的DO的质量浓度控制在6.0 mg/L为优,适宜的曝气反应时间为6 h、HRT为20 h。
The sequencing batch reactor(SBR) process was used to treat polyethylene glycol wastewater. The start-up process, operation parameters and influencing factors of SBR were studied. The results showed that, After the sludge acclimation was completed in the starting reactor of 44 cycles for 22 d,the initial of SV30 increased from 6% to about 27% and remained stable, and the start-up complete sludge volume index(SVI) finally stabilized at about116 ml/g. When the influent COD was 1 200 mg/L, the COD removal rate of effluent decreased to 78 mg/L and the removal rate of COD stabled at 93%,the removal rate of NH3-N and TP reached 91.8% and 93.8% respectively, the treatment effect was good, and the reaction system operated stably. The optimum mass concentration of DO in SBR was determined to be 6.0 mg/L, the optimum aeration reaction time and HRT was 6 h and 20 h respectively.
