摘要
介绍了某炼厂胺液系统存在的问题及技术改造情况。针对胺液再生系统运行中存在的热稳盐含量高、悬浮物增加、换热器结垢等问题,通过更换设备及采取过滤、净化处理等方式,保持了胺液的良好品质,热稳盐质量分数稳定在1.5%左右,钠离子质量浓度稳定在1g/L左右,氯离子质量浓度稳定在2g/L左右。同时,胺液再生系统每吨胺液的耗汽量由100.6kg下降至95.6kg,降低了能耗,创造了良好的经济效益。
The problems and the technical transformation about the amine system of a refinery are introduced.In view of the problems of high content of heat stabilized salt and suspended solids,and scaling of heat exchanger in the amine regeneration system,the good quality of amine solution is maintained by means of replacement of equipment,filtration and purification.The content of heat stabilized salt ( w ) is stabilized at about 1.5%,and the mass concentration of sodium ion and chloride ion is stabilized at about 1 g/L and 2 g/L,respectively.At the same time,the vapor consumption per ton of amine solution in the amine regeneration system decreased from 100.6 kg to 95.6 kg,which reduced the energy consumption and created good economic benefits.
