摘要
介绍了中国石化中原油田普光分公司天然气净化厂基于三维数字化系统的厂区管线管理系统基础平台的建设及应用。智能化管线系统综合运用了GIS和虚拟仿真两方面的技术,最终建成数字化厂区三维模型。通过管线探测、数据采集、三维建模和系统功能实施,支撑厂区管线基础信息、安全、设备、施工、运行管理和可视化应用,提升了企业管理效率和本质安全。
The construction and application of the basic platform of pipeline management system in natural gas purification plant of Puguang Branch of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield based on three-dimensional digital system are introduced.Intelligent pipeline system integrates the technology of GIS and virtual simulation,and finally builds the three-dimensional model of digital plant area.Through pipeline detection,data acquisition,three-dimensional modeling and system function implementation,it supports the basic information,safety,equipment,construction,operation management and visualization application of pipeline in factory area,and improves the efficiency and intrinsic safety of enterprise management.
