以根霉为基础的生物发酵法生产富马酸的进展

摘要 富马酸作为重要的四碳中间化合物,其在食品、制药和材料方面的应用十分广泛。利用生物发酵法制备富马酸,由于对环境友好、成本低廉变得越来越受重视。从廉价发酵材料的开发、菌株的选育方法、富马酸合成菌株的构建、发酵关键因素的优化、富马酸的分离提取等方面来着重总结讨论,给后续的研究提供一定的参考价值。 Fumaric acid, an important tetracarbon intermediate compound, has been widely used in many fields, such as food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The production of fumaric acid from biological fermentation has attracted more and more attention due to its environmental friendliness and lower cost. This paper mainly summarizes and discusses the development of cheap material exploitation, selection and breeding of strains, construction of fumaric acid synthetic strains, optimization of key fermentation factor, separation and recovery of fumaric acid etc, which is expected to provide some references for other researchers.
