摘要
日本二战后长达半个多世纪的发展过程中,对废弃物管理与处理技术由单纯填埋逐步转变为抑制废弃物产生、中间处理再资源化和安全填埋等多种方式。以此为切入点,基于3R原则,重点分析与阐述了日本高效的城市垃圾回收中转技术、PET瓶的再生资源化技术与循环再利用制品技术、高效安全的城市垃圾焚烧与发电技术、应对二恶英带来环境污染的先进环保技术、安全的产业废弃物无害化处理技术等。
For over half a century after the war, Japan has gradually turned from simple landfill to taking various methods such as limiting waste generation, intermediate treatment before recycling and safe landfill in its treatment and management of waste materials. In view of this and based on the 3R principle, this paper analyzes and elaborates on the efficient urban waste recycling and transfer technology of Japan, its PET bottle recycling and reclamation technology, efficient and safe urban waste incineration and power generation technology, advanced environmental protection technology against dioxin-induced environmental pollution, and safe industrial waste harmless treatment technology, etc.
