Optimization of Logistics Management of Livestock and Aquatic Products Based on Time Cost

首先介绍了畜牧水产品的时间敏感性与时间成本的概念;然后通过物流管理理论研究建立了畜牧水产品额外损耗逻辑核算模型,通过模型流程图具体展示了时间成本计算的步骤,在逻辑模型的基础上进行数学建模量化了物流活动中的时间成本,并进行了实证分析;最后提出了基于时间成本的畜牧水产品物流管理优化措施.

This paper firstly introduced the concept of time sensitivity and time cost of the livestock and aquatic product, then established the logic accounting model of the extra loss of the livestock and aquatic products using the logistics management theory, demonstrated the steps of the model in the calculation of the time cost with flow charts, modeled and quantified the time cost in the logistics activities on the basis of the logic model. At the end, it proposed the time cost based measures to optimize the logistics management of the livestock and aquatic products.
