摘要
学生满意是校企合作的根本和标准。通过对校企合作调研分析发现,目前应用型本科物流管理专业校企合作学生满意度有较大提升空间,不同的学生属性如学生性别、经济条件、学习状况等对校企合作满意度的影响有着显著差异。在此基础上,结合学生属性差异特点提出了以满足学生个性化需求为核心的定制化与多元化相融合的校企合作框架及思路。
Student satisfaction is the foundation and standard for the success of school- enterprise cooperation. Through an investigation and analysis of cases of school-enterprise cooperation, it is found out that there is still large room for improvement in the schoolenterprise cooperation for the undergraduate logistics management specialty in application-oriented colleges in terms of student satisfaction and that difference in student attributes such as gender, economic conditions and learning ability, has significant impact on the degree of satisfaction of the students toward school- enterprise cooperation. Next, on this basis and in connection with the difference in students' attributes, this paper puts forward the framework and line of thinking for the customizable, diversified and integrated school- enterprise cooperation centered on the satisfaction of the individualized demand of the students.
