摘要
电力电容器振动噪声产生的主要原因是电容器芯子振动。为了解决该问题并考虑到质量块具有良好的安全性、成本低、工程易于实现等优势,提出了在芯子串段间合理设置质量块的方法,使其本身的固有频率避开电流激励频率,进而降低电容器的振动,并在芯子振动及减振机理的基础上对提出的方法进行仿真建模及试验验证。根据试验测试结果,验证了在芯子串段间合理设置质量块,具有一定的减振降噪效果,为研究电容器内部结构的振动控制方法打下了基础。
The main cause of power capacitor vibration and noise is the vibration of capacitor core.In order to solve this problem,considering that the mass block has good security,With the advantages of low cost and easy realization of engineering,a method of reasonably setting mass blocks between core strings is put forward to avoid the current excitation frequency of the intrinsic frequency of the core strings.On the basis of core vibration and vibration reduction mechanism,the proposed method is simulated,modeled and tested.According to the test results,It is verified that the reasonable setting of mass blocks between the core strings has a certain effect of vibration and noise reduction,which lays a foundation for the study of vibration control methods for the internal structure of capacitors.
