基于电动缸的气动离合制动器扭矩检测装置研制

摘要 针对组合式气动干式摩擦离合制动器产品最重要的性能指标离合制动扭矩出厂检测要求,研制一款基于电动缸的扭矩检测装置。该装置利用电动缸定位精度高、响应速度快、控制精准等特点,结合产品工作原理及特点,采用柔性化设计理念,实现产品出厂的检测,具有高效可靠、操作简便等优点。 In order to meet the factory inspection requirements of clutch brake torque,which is the most important performance index of combined pneumatic dry friction clutch-brake products,a torque detection device based on electric cylinder is developed.The device makes use of the characteristics of high positioning accuracy,fast response and precise control of the electric cylinder,combines the working principle and characteristics of the product,adopts the flexible design concept,realizes the inspection of the product leaving the factory,and has the advantages of high efficiency,reliability and simple operation.
