摘要
通过对燃气热水器换热器管路的剖解总结其成垢成因,并检测水垢的组成成分。结果表明:热水器水垢产生的主要原因就是高温换热产生的钙盐析出结晶并附着换热表面,而扰流结构是除垢一种重要手段和改善方向。
This paper summarizes the cause of scale formation by dissecting the heat exchanger pipeline of gas water heater,and detects the composition of scale.The results show that the main cause of scale formation in water heater is the precipitation of calcium salt from high temperature heat exchange and its adhesion to heat exchange surface,and turbulence structure is an important means and improvement direction for scale removal.
