摘要
介绍本公司板坯4#、板坯6#连铸机支导段的定位方式及在线使用状况,通过对支导段使用状况的数据分析,查找支导段对弧及移位变化的原因,对支导段安装定位方式进行优化,实现支导段弧度参数的精确控制,杜绝移位现象发生,提升板坯连铸机关键设备精度,改进板坯连铸坯边角裂纹现状。
This paper introduces and analyzes the positioning mode and online usage of the Support Guide segment of 4#and 6#slab continuous casting in our company,through the data analysis of the use condition of the Support guide segment,find the cause of the arc and the change in the Support guide segment,the installation and positioning mode of the Support guide segment is optimized,the precise control of the radian parameters of the Support guide segment is realized,eliminate the occurrence of Support guide segment displacement,improve the precision of key equipment of slab continuous casting,The present situation of corner crack of slab continuous casting billet is improved.
