摘要 目前工程机械行业大型企业基本实现了装载机装配流水线生产,生产效率比地摊式生产要高很多,可以快速满足稳定的市场需求。当装载机市场需求量突然上升时,装载机装配流水线产能需要快速提升,以满足市场需求。由于装载机产品为多品种小批量生产模式,产能提升需要运用相关精益生产理念以及工具来实现。本文阐述了如何基于线平衡循环分析快速有效实现装载机装配效率提升。 At present,large enterprises in construction machinery industry have basically realized the assembly line production of loaders,and the production efficiency is much higher than that of ground-stand production,which can quickly meet the stable market demand.When the demand for loader market suddenly rises,loader assembly line capacity needs to be improved quickly to meet market demand.Because the loader product is a multi-variety small batch production mode,the production capacity enhancement needs to use the related lean production concept and tools to realize.This paper expounds how to realize the efficiency improvement of loader assembly quickly based on cycle analysis of line balance.
