摘要
项目管理是第二次世界大战后期发展起来的重大新兴管理技术之一,时至今日,其应用范围从建筑、国防和航天等少数领域逐步扩展到各行各业中。某大型国有企业于21世纪初,在产品开发工作中引入项目管理技术进行管理,把开发活动标准化,使开发工作更易管理、跟踪和预测。本文通过该企业某类产品开发的组织结构为研究对象,运用项目管理技术,对产品开发效率进行分析研究,改善后的开发周期由原来的15个月缩短为10个月。
Project management is one of the major emerging management technologies developed in the late second world war.Today,its application range has been gradually expanded from a small number of fields,such as architecture,national defense and space,to all walks of life.In the early twenty-first Century,a large state-owned enterprise introduced project management technology in the product development work to standardize the development activities,making the development work easier to manage,track and predict.Through the project management technology,this paper uses the project management technology to analyze the efficiency of the product development,and the improved development cycle is shortened from the original 15 months to 10 months.
