在国家"大众创业、万众创新"的战略部署下,培养创新创业人才成为高等教育的"主旋律"和重要发展引擎。本文旨在提出构建"产业+行业+企业+专业"协同机制,着力于培养创新型技术技能人才。在深入分析"四位一体"人才培育的内涵与特点的基础上,提出以职业能力与创新能力为目标,通过校企合作,产教融合的协调创新共同培养人才,探索创新创业人才培养体系的路径探索。

Under the strategic deployment of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",cultivating innovative entrepreneurs has become the"main theme"and an important development engine of higher education.The purpose of this paper is to put forward a synergistic mechanism of"industry+industry+enterprise+specialty"and focus on training innovative technical talents.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the"four in one"talent cultivation,this paper puts forward the idea of taking vocational ability and innovation ability as the goal,cultivating talents through coordinated innovation of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education,and exploring the path of innovative and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation system.
