实施家庭中心范式早期干预实践:常规本位模式与项目评价 被引量:3

Family-Centered Early Intervention Practice: The Routines-Based Model and the Evaluation of Its Corresponding Program

摘要 家庭中心范式早期干预实践是提高学前特殊儿童功能及其家庭生活质量的最佳实践。实施包含绘制家庭生态图、进行常规本位访谈等实践内容的二阶段七要素个别化家庭中心范式早期干预实践模式,使用形成性和终结性评估工具评价实施质量与实施效果,为优化这种早期干预实践提供依据。把家庭中心范式早期干预实践写进特殊教育法案,展开本土化常规本位模式研究和评估工具开发,对包括送教上门教师、巡回辅导教师在内的早期干预专业人员进行家庭中心范式早期干预理念与技能教育和培训,提供常规本位的送教上门家庭辅导服务和巡回辅导教师服务,提升家长和教师在家庭常规和教室常规中的干预能力,是我国实施家庭中心范式早期干预实践的最佳途径。 Family-centered early intervention practice, which serves as the best practice to improve the quality of the life of preschool children with special needs and their families, involves two stages and seven components, including the development of the family’s eco-map and the routines-based interview, and uses formative and summative assessment tools to determine the quality and results of the early intervention practice. The best way for China to do family-centered early intervention practice is to include it in the special education act, carry out a localized research into the routines-based model, develop assessment tools, build a contingent of early intervention professionals including experts, homebound teachers and roving tutors, do the training concerning the early intervention ideas and skills, offer services involving routines-based homebound instruction and roving tutoring, and improve parents’ and teachers’ intervention abilities in family-based and classroom-based routines.
